South Korean restaurateur owner charged with assault

Gurugram: Gurugram Police has filed a case against a South Korean restaurant owner for physically assaulting his woman employee.
He has been charged under section 323 (punishment for voluntarily casing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code. According to the police, the complainant who works in the restaurant claimed that the owner tried to manhandle her and also abused her. The case has been registered in Sector-29.
In another case a bank professional has alleged that her manager raped her several times and blackmailed her to not report the atrocity as he possessed the video.
The victim, a resident of Delhi, finally gathered courage and registered her complaint in Palam Vihar police station.
