Two injured in Texas city blast

Washington: Two men were injured in an explosion in the Texas state capital of Austin, the media reported.

The police reached the spot of the accident at 8:32 pm on Sunday, reports CNN.

The victims were in their 20s and taken to to South Austin Medical Centre.

The earlier explosions killed 2 people and 2 others.

The victims were non-whites.

The cause of the injury is not yet confirmed. However, the police did not rule out the possibility of hate crime.

The Texas explosion occurred less than a week and police said, three package blasts that occurred over 10 days were connected, the media reported.

It is immediately unknown if Sunday's explosion is related to the previous blasts, reports CNN.

Earlier on Sunday, the police announced a reward of of $115,000 to anyone who could reveal information regarding the arrest of the person or those responsible for three explosions.
