Won’t you like to Hangout?

Ever imagined a place with lush greenery, your favourite games in 3D, a well-stocked candy counter and an eatery together? Sounds like a scene from The Jungle Book and Willy Wonka’s factory combined together, doesn’t it?  Well, Hangout at the Select City Mall has exactly that charted out for you and your kids. The place and the food is especially composed keeping the ease of children in mind. We started our meal with the refreshing drinks made of jeera and mint. The Jeera Masala especially stood out for its unique flavour and an exotic combination of jeera masala and soda. We had chicken wings, chicken popcorn and kathi rolls for starters out of which the chicken wings get the prize. One thing we noticed was that the food wasn’t too spicy and was made keeping the children’s palate in mind, However, you could ask them to make it spicy for you if you fancy the chilli.
For the main course we had Pasta Primere and the much-talked-about Three Cheese Pizza which were equally good. The Three Cheese pizza had a different base sauce of roasted garlic pesto and three different layers of cheese consisting of mozarella, parmesan and pepperjet.

Finally, we delved into Chinese with  garlic manchurian and fried rice which simply stole the show and was the best part of the meal. Although, we were a little disappointed because of the absence of desserts in the menu but the chocolate icecream we were served shortly after made up amply.
So the next time you want a fun family-day-out with your kids then head to Hangout which offers it meals at very affordable prizes. For a family of four a meal would cost spproximately Rs 800 to 1000.
