Won’t let Mamata enter Delhi, says BJP

Kailash Vijayvargiya, BJP’s National General Secretary and party in-charge of Bengal, on Wednesday threatened Trinamool Congress, saying if the BJP wished, Mamata  Banerjee  would not be allowed to enter Delhi.

He requested Banerjee to restore normalcy in Bengal and demanded a CBI inquiry against Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar.  He alleged that Kumar had destroyed many files related to Saradha case.

Written complaint against Kumar would be made to President Pranab Mukherje, union Home minister Rajnath Singh and the CBI office. Kumar is functioning in favour of Trinamool Congress, he said.

“Let the CP discharge his duties as prescribed by the Constitution instead of working like a party worker,” he said.

Vijayvargiya even refused to call Trinamool Congress a national party. BJP is a national party and if “we start violence, you  cannot travel freely in the country,” he said.
