Woman leaves husband at airport, runs away hiding in burqa

A newly-wed woman has reportedly gone missing from Delhi Airport since Monday under mysterious circumstances. She was supposed to take a flight with her husband for Lucknow, but instead of taking the flight, she came out from the airport premises and went away with some unknown persons. Her movements were captured in the CCTV at Delhi Airport.

The complainer Saurabh Srivastava said that his wife Sheily Srivastava went missing from terminal 1 D. “They are newly married couple and arrived from Bagdogra by a SpiceJet flight on Monday evening and were supposed to go for Lucknow by an Indigo flight at 9.40 pm. His wife told him that she was going to the washroom, leaving her purse and mobile with him but she did not come back. 

He searched for her but could not trace her. Later, he approached Central Industrial Security Force to trace his wife. Later CISF examined its CCTV footages and found that she went towards the ladies wash room in a blue sari at 6.07 pm and returned in Burqa at 6.17 pm. She made an exit from the terminal immediately and directly went towards the VIP parking where she met an unknown person. Both of them then proceeded towards Jhal Road. There she met another person and they disappeared in the traffic. After that they could not be traced as a camera was not available,” said airport sources. 

Meanwhile, sources further said that the husband identified the lady as his wife from her movements.
