Will not allow a Bamiyan here: Swaraj

‘India is the land of Buddha. We will not allow a Bamiyan (in Afghanistan)) here,’ Leader of Opposition Sushma Swaraj on Sunday said after the Bodh Gaya blasts.
In her tweet, the BJP leader was referring to the Taliban militia destroying a large number of Buddhist relics including the famous statue of Buddha hewn from the side of a mountain in Bamiyan in Afghanistan in 2001 triggering worldwide outrage. BJP attacked both the Centre as well Nitish Kumar government in Bihar over the Bodh Gaya serial blasts. Party chief Rajnath Singh attacked the UPA saying the government does not have any comprehensive action plan to meet the challenge of security crisis.
