Was waiting for right project, claims Aditya Roy Kapoor

He had two releases in 2010 and after that Aditya Roy Kapoor disappeared from the big screen. The actor says he was not looking for solo leads, but something exciting and is happy that he waited for the right projects to come his way.
His next film is Mohit Suri-directed romantic saga Aashiqui 2, his first film as a solo hero. It'll see him romancing Shraddha Kapoor on the big screen when it hits theatres on 26 April. After that he will be seen in Dharma Productions’ Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, set for a 31 May screening.
‘It has been a while. I wasn’t looking for solo leads. I was looking for something, which excited me,’ Aditya said.
His last two releases were Action Replayy and Guzaarish. Both came in 2010 and bombed at the box office.
