TMC sends notice to Narada News

TMC on Wednesday sent legal notice to Narada News, the new agency that had carried out sting operation. Partha Chatterjee said that legal notice had been sent to the office of the news agency. It had also been sent to the offices of the television channels that had telecast the sting operation. Veteran TMC leader Mukul Roy said that the video had been doctored and was deliberately done to malign party leaders before the Assembly election. It may be mentioned that Mamata Banerjee had said the party was keeping a tab on the situation. Roy said in the legal notice the agency had been asked to give a reply failing which the party would file a case in court.
