Taylor Swift takes Coachella break for friend wedding

Pop star Taylor Swift took a break from partying at Coachella in California to attend her friend’s wedding in Texas.

The Style star showed off her new platinum blonde locks while enjoying the annual music festival on Friday with friends Lorde, her brother Austin and Jack Antonoff.

But by Saturday, Swift jetted out of Indio and travelled to San Antonio, Texas, where she witnessed her backup singer Eliotte Nicole tie the knot, reported Hollywood Life.

The pop star opted to bring her mother Andrea Swift as her date for the wedding, instead of her boyfriend Calvin Harris, who closed out the first weekend of Coachella on Sunday as a mainstage headliner.

But shortly after Eliotte’s wedding, Swift headed back to California, where she made it back in time to join Lorde and Sam Smith dancing in the front row of Canadian signer Grimes’ Coachella set. 

Swift even served as a videographer for her friend Camila Cabello, who was teaching supermodel Martha Hunt and Empire star Serayah the choreography to her hit sing Work from Home with ‘Fifth Harmony’. 

During the first three days of the fashion-centric music festival in Indio, California, the singer had been sporting a series of grunge-lite looks made up of a lot of black, gray and ripped denim. 

Swift also sported her bleach hair in her cover spread for the May issue of Vogue magazine according to aol.com.

While it may have been Swift’s first trip to Coachella, it was far from the first time she’s seen her man, Harris , work since they first started dating one year ago, reported people.com.
