Wasabi Shrimp and Salmon Sushi

Ingredients
Nori Sheet
Kokuho Rice
Rice Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Wasabi
Prawns (16-20)
Cucumber
Spring Onion
Japanese Mayonnaise
Tobiko
Salmon
Method
Spread rice on nori sheet. Stuff with salmon and spring onion. Roll the sushi.
For mixture: Blanch prawn and mix it with wasabi mayonnaise. Spread the same on the sushi roll. Then cut sushi roll and garnish with tobiko.
