PANKO CRUMB FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

Chicken supreme 500 gm

Mango alphonso 100 gm

Chilli flakes 10 gm

Panko bread crumb 100 gm

Salt 10 gm

Black pepper 10 gm

Egg 02 nos

Oil 100 ml

Mustard 15 gm

Refined flour 20 gm

Cajun spice 15 gm

Garlic 10 gm

Olive oil 20 ml

Mint 10 gm


Method

In a mixing bowl, take the chicken breasts, add olive oil, chopped mint, chopped garlic, cajun spice, refined flour, mustard paste, egg, black pepper crushed, salt and chilli flakes. Mix well and leave for a few minutes. Now, coat the chicken breast with panko bread crumb.Deep fry the coated chicken breast. Serve with spicy mango salsa.
