SRK regales fans at Raees trailer launch

The trailer launch of King Khan’s upcoming release Raees sent Delhi fans into raptures. SRK had a lively chat with fans across the country on Wednesday morning. Devoted fans from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Moga, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Indore had many questions for the Badshah on his Raees journey as he came onscreen in selected cinema halls in the respective cities.
SRK said that owing to his knee injury the shoot of the film was delayed and that, “Achhi cheezein time leke ati hai!” What does Raees mean to SRK? He explained that the term does not mean a rich person, rather it talks about being benevolent and kind. Talking about how the ban on the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes has affected the star, he promptly replied, since he endorses so many brands, “Mujhe har cheez muft mein milti hai!”
But what made him select this strategy of launching the trailer with the whole nation? Shah Rukh said that the idea was not clear to him initially until the team explained its importance and reach to him. As soon as he got a grip of the technology of sharing the trailer launch with multiple cities across the nation, he liked the idea instantly and they proceeded towards executing it.
Shah Rukh also mentioned how he had become very emotional during the last few minutes of the movie and that co-actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui complimented his saying that it did not seem like he was acting rather it seemed real.
Is SRK a daring person like he is seen to be in the trailer? Well sorry to disappoint SRK fans, but he is not. “I’m a romantic hero, I do daring stuff only in films... Otherwise I am a soft hearted and gentle person.”
