A dance academy which teaches Delhiites Western dance forms, recently launched their second studio in a south Delhi market.
A gala had been organised to mark the occasion which saw popular Punjabi rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh perform to his famous songs. The singer, who is known for the lavish videos he shoots for his songs which are now a staple at all Delhi nightspots and weddings, spoke about his days of struggling days and said that there were hardly any options during those days to learn Western dance forms or even rap music.
'I can’t wait to try on some dance steps,' Singh said. Looks like Singh is pretty charged up about joining Western dance styles.
The progamme began with a dance performance by co-founder Karan Kumar along with his group. Students performed a medley of dance forms like contemporary style, belly dance, B-boying, hip hop among others.
