Shah Rukh, Salman enjoy bike ride together

Superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are giving serious friendship goals to their fans across the world. The two actors have posed on bicycles together giving out a message of how to say no to pollution.

Shah Rukh took to Twitter to share the photograph of their ‘bhai’ moment with his fans and followers. “Bhai bhai on bike bike. No pollution…bhai says ‘Michael Lal Cylcle Lal’, SRK captioned it.

In the photograph, Shah Rukh is seen wearing a white shirt, pants and a waistcoat, while Salman, who is awaiting release of “Sultan”, opted for casual wear. He is seen wearing a black shirt and jeans and also flaunts his new hairdo.

The image not only shares a glimpse of the strong bond that the two Khans of Bollywood share, but also has a subtle message attached to it. It seems that the actors are trying to promote use of bicycles to curb pollution level.

SRK and Salman’s bond hit a rough patch at one point of time, but all seems well now. They have shared the frame in films like Karan Arjun, Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.
In light of the recent controvesry made by Salman Khan’s “raped woman” comment  ,Shah Rukh Khan, chose to remain diplomatic.

At an event here on Thursday night, Shah Rukh was asked to comment on the ongoing controversy.  He said: “In the last few years, I have realised that I made so many inappropriate comments myself. I don’t think I am someone to sit and judge somebody else’s comments to be very honest. It’s about taking sides or not taking sides.

“I myself say so many things, who am I to decide what one should do and what not? Whatever he wants to do, he will decide himself. Personally speaking, I don’t think I can make anyone to be making comments on this. I am so inappropriate myself.”

Salman courted controversy after he said during a media interaction that he felt like a “raped woman” walking out of a ring in his role as a wrestler in his upcoming film Sultan. He later said, “I don’t think I should have” and explained that he found it hard to walk.

This led to strong reactions from the National Commission for Women (NCW) as well as the Shiv Sena. The NCW even asked the actor to render a public apology and has now summoned him on July 8.
