Sexuality doesn’t need to be labelled: Demi Lovato

The newly-single singer, 23, who announced her split from boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama last week, has previously suggested she may be bi-curious after including a telling line in the lyrics to her summer 2015 song ‘Cool for the Summer’, reported People magazine. 

Now the 23-year-old has further hinted that she would be open to a relationship with another woman in a discussion about sexuality. “It’s something I don’t think needs to have a label,” the singer said. “As humans, it’s just about a connection with someone.” 

Lovato has long been an advocate for the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community, after revealing in 2013 that her grandfather ‘came out’ in the 1960s. 

With less than a week passing post the  announcement of her split from Wilmer Valderrama, following a six year long high profile romance Demi Lovato appeared to be finding solace in pressing on with her everyday routine, as she was spotted at her Los Angeles gym on Wednesday afternoon.
