Providing new lease of life to God’s lesser children

With an unbridled demeanor that speaks volumes of its charitable self, the society is indeed a name to reckon with in the national capital region of Delhi.

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Delhi Orthodox Diocesan Council, the society’s endeavor has always been to emancipate the underprivileged and poor sections of our country.

Working with a humanitarian outlook the society has regularly been conducting medical camps at various areas of Delhi NCR. The society considers itself propitious in providing free medicines and the expert services of doctors and nurses from reputed hospitals to the poor and destitute.

Driven by zeal to make lasting change, the society considers itself fortunate to have been endowed to provide free food, clothes, financial and educational assistance for a section of the people who are largely neglected and left away from the mainstream.

The society prides itself in ascribing to the holy values of treating everyone with dignity. The care providers are considered as messiahs as they are bereft from the differentiations of religion, caste, creed and financial backgrounds. For them everyone is equal. Having been registered on the 15 of October, 2010 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, The St. Gregorios Charitable Society plans to establish a rehabilitation centre for the physically and mentally challenged children at Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi.

In recognition of its unparalleled services towards humanity, the society has recently been allotted 460 square metres for setting up the rehabilitation centre. However, it is indeed difficult for the society to construct the edifice at an expenditure of approximately 2.5 crores since it survives completely on limited humanitarian largesse.

With extremely constrained resources but a strong belief to make the lives of such children meaningful, the society needs financial support and a lot of cooperation from you. It is indeed a chance for you to shower deeds on god’s children because if you can bring a smile to their faces, you can mean the world for them too.
