One more abandoned baby girl found in Capital

A new-born baby girl was found lying in roadside garbage in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon on Wednesday.
Sweepers in the morning heard her screaming and informed the police about the incident.
The girl was admitted to Neo-Natal Civil Hospital and is now under observation.
“The girl is pre-mature, weighing 1.6 kg. Major physical injuries were not noticed but reports are yet to come,” said doctors.
Dr Ashruddin, Principal Medical Officer, said she might have lung infection.
This is the second case where parents abandoned their baby girl. A few days ago, a newborn was left by her parents in Civil Hospital.
The couple handed over the baby to an old woman sitting in the hospital premises. They said they will return with medicines but failed to come back.
