NHPC stall inaugurated at India International Trade Fair 2016

The exhibition stall of NHPC Limited in the Ministry of Power Pavilion at India International Trade Fair 2016 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi was inaugurated by Ms. Shalini Prasad, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India on 14th November 2016.
Shri K.M. Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, NHPC, Shri Raj Pal, Economic Advisor, Ministry of Power,Govt.of India, Shri R.S. Mina, Director (Personnel), Shri Ratish Kumar, Director (Projects) Shri Balraj Joshi, Director (Technical) and Dr. Ved Prakash, CVO, NHPC were also present on the occasion along with other senior officials from NHPC and Ministry of Power.
The company’s activities and achievements in the field of hydropower have been showcased in the exhibition stall. The stall also features two attractive 3-D model displays of powerhouse and turbine that comprehensively display the technical aspects of hydropower generation. NTPC Limited is an Indian PSU Public Sector Undertaking, engaged in the business of generation of electricity and allied activities.
It is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 and a “Government Company” within the meaning of the act.
