NDMC to hold 5-day camp for deciding pending mutation cases

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is organising a special drive to decide pending cases of transfer or change of title entries in revenue records in areas under its jurisdiction next week.

"The five-day Mutation Camp will be held at NDMC Convention Centre from July 20-24. The list of pending cases along with deficiencies, if any, has been placed on our website," said NDMC spokesperson Jagjivan Bakshi.

Mutation of a property is the transfer or change of title entry in revenue records of the local municipal corporation. 

"All those who have already applied for <g data-gr-id="23">mutation</g> but their cases are pending are required to send their documents before July 20. The list and format of document required for mutation and property <g data-gr-id="22">is</g> also available on NDMC website," Bakshi said.

"Those who will submit documents completed in all respect will be issued mutation letter at the camp itself. Only registered documents shall be entertained. Fresh applications can also be submitted during the camp which shall be disposed of within 30 working days in case all requirements are fulfilled," he added.
