Over 6 lakh students skip UP Board exam in 3 days due to strict action against cheating

Lucknow: As many as 297 students left high school, while 19171 students skipped intermediate board examination on Thursday raising the total numbers 6,33,217 students who left the examination in three days due to strict measures against cheating.
Official sources told UNI that 6 boys and 5 girls of high school while 11 boys and 16 girls of intermediate were caught while using unfair means during examination adding total 182 students were caught using wrong means during examination in three days.
CCTVs cameras have been installed in all examination centres and the special task force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh Police is being used to help conduct free and fair exams. Actions will be taken against center incharges if cameras installed in examination rooms will not function.
