World’s first public art on the theme of road safety, addressing the perils of drunken driving on liquor bottle is a new initiative started by activist, and founder of the Community against drunken driving (CADD)  Prince Singhal. He has created 12 such expressions, a reminder that whatever the month or the season drunk driving kills. Singhal, is a man on a mission to make the common man aware of the perils of drunk driving, by displaying the grief and sorrow caused by such tragedies through his impressions and expressions on liquor bottles. 

Drunk driving is the third largest killer in India after TB and Cancer killing 90,000  people annually , out of which 60 per cent are youth in the age group of 15 – 45 years.) Singhal started this movement against this menace in the year 2001 out of his personal saving. 

He is the first Indian to recognise drunk driving as a major public health concern, the single largest cause affecting road safety in the country and being instrumental in getting an amendment in the Motor Vehicle Act 1988 pertaining to drunken driving. With over 1200 activities reaching out to 10 crore people across the country and more than 600 celebrities associated with his cause, he is dedicated to having zero drunk driving on Indian Roads.
