Matt Damon may not make Whitey Bulger project

Actor-producer Matt Damon might drop the idea of making a Whitey Bulger <g data-gr-id="26">film,</g> if he finds any similarities between his and Johnny Depp’s Black Mass.

Damon, who own a production company with actor friend Ben Affleck, was planning to make a movie on gangster Whitey Bugler said he has not watched Scott Cooper’s take yet. 

“Although ours was very, very different from Black Mass, which I read, or The Departed or any of the things that have kind of been made about Whitey Bulger we were gonna go a very different way.  But I’d have to see Black Mass too  it’s getting great reviews,” Damon said.
