Korean delegates visit NTPC, Faridabad, plant

A five member delegation lead by Jinkyu Lee from Korea Power Learning Institute, Taean, South Korea currently on visit to India, visited the NTPC- Faridabad Gas Power Station.
The delegation was warmly received by N N Mishra, additional general manager (In-charge) and other senior officials of NTPC Faridabad.
A detailed presentation on the business portfolio of NTPC Ltd. & performance of Faridabad Gas Power Station consisting of two Gas Tubines of 137.75 MW and a Steam Turbine of 156.07 MW was made to the delegation.

The delegates also visited the central control room to see the working of the operation system of the power plant. In a meeting with the delegates Mishra mentioned about salient features and achievements of NTPC- Faridabad Gas Power Station.

A detailed discussion regarding electricity market in India and its similarities with the South Korea was also done.
