State IAS cadre sees minor reshuffle

Kolkata: In a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre, the state government on Tuesday appointed Pawan Kadyan as a joint secretary of the Finance department. Kadyan was the District Magistrate of Nadia. Vibhu Goel, CEO of Haldia Development Authority (HDA) was resinstated in his place as district magistrate of Nadia.

P Harishanker, ADM Kalimpong, was appointed as the new CEO of HDA, while Siyad N was appointed as the new ADM of Kalimpong. Siyad was the joint secretary of the Cooperation department.
