Kate Beckinsale doesn’t drink

Hollywood actor Kate Beckinsale says she has “never” drunk an entire glass of alcohol in her life.

The 43-year-old star has revealed that she doesn’t drink and has never let more than a drop of booze pass her lips because she claims it goes to her head “very quickly”, reported Femalefirst.

“I don’t drink alcohol. I feel (its effects) very quickly, so I’ve never actually had an entire glass of anything alcoholic. The actor said she lives a healthy lifestyle and works out most mornings,” said Beckinsale.

“I basically wake up, eat breakfast, and then work out. I prefer to get it done in the morning. That said I don’t naturally get up early. It would be much better for me if the entire world went to bed at 4am and woke up at noon. But it doesn’t, so I’m usually staggering around first thing.” 

The Underground: Blood Wars said that she believes her “hardcore workouts” have made a “big difference” to her life because it allows the actor to channel her “internal energy”.

“Hardcore workouts have really made a big difference in my life. I have a lot of internal energy, and intense exercise helps me channel that energy,” the Love & Friendship star explained. 

The British actor is famour for movies Van Helsing, Nothing but the Truth and Contraband.
