Hiland Group to set up real estate project in Santiniketan

Hiland Group is tying up with artist Paresh Maity to set up Bonochaya, a real estate project in Santiniketan.

A total of 35 villas and 167 row houses will come up on 12 acres of land. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 100 crore. The proposed project is situated on Santiniketan-Ilambazar Road. The villas and row houses will cost Rs 30 lakh and Rs 55 lakh respectively.

“This is the country’s first project in which an artist’s stature will be directly involved in the aesthetics. The inhabitants will be able to enjoy the artist’s creative vision with installations and and shared spaces showcasing unique works of art, said Nandu Belani, director of the Hiland Group. There will be large size installations and murals, said Maity.
