Haryana forms committee for sports quota appointments

Haryana Government on Tuesday constituted a four-member sub-committee for sports quota appointments in the state.A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the state cabinet, presided by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar here, spokesman said. 

The cabinet decided “to constitute a sub-committee to look into all aspects of giving employment to outstanding sportspersons under sports quota in the State”. The spokesman said the decision to constitute the sub-committee was taken to prevent any discrimination with the outstanding sportspersons.
