Theme pavilions become center of attraction on day-2 of IFJAS
Indian Fashion Jewellery and Accessories show 2018 [IFJAS] witnessed huge footfall on its second day as EPCH organised a thematic show on fashion jewellery and accessories from the craft clusters located in Northern Region, Central Region, Western Region, North Eastern Region, Eastern Region and Uttarakhand state.
"Such participation is vital in order to increase the span of export market as well as the brand building of regional craft clusters where manufacturers, craftspersons get the opportunity to display their products," informed Rakesh Kumar, ED – EPCH.
Brass engraving jewellery, bangles, ring and earrings, glass bead jewellery, necklace, bracelets, wooden jewellery, silver jewellery are on display from central region were the highlights.
Also, beads jewellery, silk stole and dress material, and artistic textiles, bags, tribal jewellery, kauna natural fiber bags and accessories, baskets, handmade textile, corn husk weaving, jewellery box from Northeast region appealed the visitors.
Likewise, fashion jewellery and accessories from other regions are on display.
The specific display of these products would not only enable the prime producers to explore export opportunity but would also give exposure to the craftspersons/entrepreneurs engaged with the fashion industry at the ground level to learn the market technicalities according to the requirement of the foreign buyers. IFJAS is a B2B show where foreign buyers, importers, buying agents wholesalers etc. are allowed to visit the fair for procuring the products that are required from the Indian market.
