The five-day eat, groom and play syllabus includes: Eat - ingredients, food and exercise, Ayurveda and yoga, soups, salad and dessert making, mocktail preparation, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Groom: etiquettes, storage and packaging, gift wrapping, social media skills. Play - team building, leadership, nature appreciation, dancing, lateral thinking and brand 'me'.
