Spearheaded by Executive Chef Prem Kumar Pogakula, the Christmas treat will bring out the epicurean in you while offering a satiating experience. Plethora of packages with extensive menus have been put together by master chefs for you to experience the festive occasion in style.
After soaking in the Christmas spirit at The Imperial's lobby with a beautiful installation on the colourful forest of Christmas with hanging multi-hued trees, head to 1911 Restaurant (all day dining restaurant) to entice your taste buds and be a part of an extraordinary celebration on the Christmas Eve i.e. December 24 between 6:30 pm and 11:45pm. The exotic spread features Roast turkey, Brussel sprouts, pork loin in a blanket, bread stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce on the Western Roast station and a selection of international cuisine like Shepherd's pie, Grilled chicken, celeriac, blue cheese crumble with hot and exquisite Asian spread namely Kung krapao- Prawns tossed with Thai sweet basil, Silken tofu, bell peppers, Chinese cabbage, hot garlic sauce along with Seafood, Indian, Tandoori favorites and Italian specials, salads, desserts and cold cuts. The extensive feast will leave you asking for more.
On December 25, 1911 Restaurant will feature a lavish Christmas Brunch to make sure that you drench yourself in the melody of Christmas carols, wafting through the air while you gorge on traditional feast with a selection including Roasted Lamb, traditional roasted turkey along with global cuisine like, Basil pesto marinated chicken, couscous stuffed tomatoes, grilled artichokes, Ricotta and spinach spanakopita, spiced tomato chutney, Smoked salmon and many more tempting offerings. An indulgent array of desserts like Spiced apple mousse, Traditional plum cake and Plum pudding with brandy anglaise put together with classic wines, make sure you celebrate the occasion delectably.
The festive brunch would be open from 12:00 pm to 3:30pm where your little ones can also enjoy their favorite Mini Danish or Hakka noodles in the kids buffet.
