Iconic films from the world come to Delhi

Aiming to build a community of world cinema lovers and establish that classical movies can be the mainstream entertainment source, Navrasa Duende, a leading production house, is all set to host the second edition of its World Classic Movie Festival from June 22 to 24, 2018 at Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi. The three-day festival will feature a rare and rich ensemble of films by directors from around the world.

These timeless movies have entertained film lovers across generations, also winning several accolades for their masterful storytelling and acting.

Bicycle Thieves revolves around a man and his son in search of the stolen bicycle; Fiddler on the Roof shows a father who deals with sustaining Jewish ideologies in his family; Ivan's Childhood displays a young Russian orphan who works as a spy for the Soviet army against the Nazis; Gone with the Wind finds an incompatible couple who faces turbulence in their romance; Jalsaghar revolves around a wealthy man who slowly loses his everything including his sanity while he watches everybody around him prosper; Doctor Zhivago displays an extra-marital affair that experiences hardships.

The carefully curated collection of these classic movies make this event a must-see.
