England's injury issues worsen after 1-0 win over Belgium

England beat Belgium 1-0 for their second win in warm-up games ahead of the European Champions Cup but there was worrying news for the team with central defenders John Terry and Gary Cahill both getting injured.

Cahill was forced off after less than 20 minutes with a suspected broken jaw while fellow central defender Terry suffered a hamstring strain.

Danny Welbeck scored seven minutes before the break to give England the victory Saturday, chipping the goalkeeper beautifully.

Dries Mertens's goal in the 17th minute for Belgium was denied as referees whistled for a shove on Cahill.

England will kick off their Euro 2012 opener against France in Donetsk on 11 June.
