‘End of DeMonetisation, start of DeModitisation’

Criticising PM Narendra Modi for his failure to give relief to people after 50 days of demonetisation of high value notes, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee termed it as “End of Demonetisation & Start of DeModitisation”. She also called this a pre-budget speech where Finance Minister Arun Jaitley “was missing.” She branded the exercise as hollow. Banerjee tweeted within five minutes after Modi completed his address to the nation. She tweeted: “End of Demonetisation & Start of DeModitisation.

The year 2017 will mark the year of Demoditisation. This will be the New Year Resolution of all 125 crore people. Where are the figures of DeMonetisation? How much black money has been recovered? What did the nation gain after 50 days of excruciating pain? PM deviated from actual agenda of black money & DeMonetisation.” She also said the PM who runs nation in the name of Suddhikaran just underwent “Buddhiharan.” She further said: “He forgot to even pay respects to 112 plus citizens who died in queues. In the name of addressing the nation, he is doing political vendetta.”
