Dmitry Shukov to be Sistema Shyam CEO from 1 June

Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL), which operates under MTS brand in India, on Wednesday said Dmitry Shukov will be the new chief executive officer of the company and assume charge from 1 June.
Vsevolod Rozanov, the current President and CEO of SSTL, will move to Sistema JSFC headquarters in Moscow.

The leadership change would come into effect after completion of all the relevant corporate procedures. The transition in leadership is expected to be effective from 1 June 2013,' the statement said.Rozanov, who was at the helm of SSTL since October 2008, is being elevated to a senior position within Sistema JSFC, details of which will be announced after completion of all due corporate procedures, it added.
'Vsevolod's leadership and strategic direction provided to SSTL was immensely valuable...look forward to working with him in Sistema,' Sistema JSFC chairman of the board Vladimir Evtushenkov said.
Shukov has 20 years of experience and he was previously the CEO of MTS Turkmenistan and MTS Uzbekistan, it said.
