Woman mowed down by speeding truck in Dwarka sector 16

New Delhi: A 38-year-old woman killed and her two daughters were injured in Dwarka sector-16 area on November 20. The woman was accompanied by her daughters to a local market when a speeding truck hit them. The errant tuck driver is on the run, police said. Efforts are being made to arrest the driver of offending vehicle name Akhilesh.

Police claimed that the woman lived with her family in Kakrola housing complex. A case under section 279/304A/337 of IPC has been registered. Police have seized the offending vehicle truck bearing Haryana number plate.
