Three persons arrested for snatching woman's bag

New Delhi: Three persons who snatched the bag from a woman after hurting her hand in South Delhi's Saket area were arrested, police said on Wednesday. According to the police on December 10 at 4.30 pm a PCR call regarding snatching of purse at Press Enclave Road was received. It was reported by Shalini Garg (43) that while she along with her relatives were going towards Max Hospital from Sheikh Sarai crossing in a TSR, two bike-borne persons snatched her purse containing Rs 5000, a mobile phone and one gold ring. Subsequently, the complainant also stated that at the time of snatching of purse, she had received some minor injuries on her fingers, accordingly section 394 IPC was added in the case.
