Three held for duping people on pretext of jobs

NEW DELHI: Cyber Cell of Crime Branch, Delhi has busted a fake job racket being run by accused and his two partners in the name of 'clickjob.com', who used to contact the job seekers and induce them to transfer money on the pretext of providing job.
The accused person Sanjeet Kumar Singh was arrested on August 16 and 2 hard disks, cheque books of 14 different bank accounts of different companies and incriminating documents have been recovered from the premises of the company (clickjob.com) at Jhandewalan Extention, Delhi.
The complainant had alleged that he was telephonically approached by someone from the website, "Clickjob.com" and that he was assured of his resume services and job. The complainant paid Rs 1.98 lakh to the alleged company in installments. The money was paid to the alleged company into their bank accounts through payment gateway. The alleged website "clickjob.com" did not provide any job to the complainant and also did not return the money. The accused then lodged an FIR with the crime branch.
"During the course of investigation, it is revealed that the alleged company 'clickjob.com' is being run by Perspi Interactive Pvt Ltd which is registered in RoC Chennai. Details Article of Association and Memorandum of the said company have been collected and it is revealed that one Sanjeet Kumar Singh and his wife Barkha Singh are the directors in the said company since 2012," said DCP crime Branch Bhishm Singh.
