'Possession of Shivaji Marg EWS flats will be handed over to allottees'

New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Friday announced that possession of the EWS flats at Shivaji Marg will be handed over to allottees after payment of demanded amount and submission of requisite documents, and an undertaking that the allottee shall become member of the registered Resident's Welfare Association (RWA) of EWS flats at Shivaji Marg.

DDA officials said that conveyance deed will be executed in favour of the allotees of SWA flats at Shivaji Marg on receipt of entire cost of the flat and after possession is taken over by the allottee. The allottees of EWS flats at Shivaji Marg, who have made full payment of the flats and taken over possession as well as those who have not taken possession may contact Asstt. Director (H) Janta, D Block, Vikas Sadan for taking possession and execution of Conveyance Deed.
