NDMC to hold Suvidha Camps on second, fourth Saturdays

New Delhi: In a bid to redress the grievances of the citizens, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has decided to organize Suvidha Camps on every second and fourth Saturday of each month from 10.30 am to 13:30 pm at NDMC Headquarters.

The first camp to this effect is being organized on coming Saturday wherein the Head of the Civic Services Departments namely Civil Engineering, Commercial, Health Licensing, Enforcement, Medical Services and Welfare Departments would be available on the occasion to sort out and settled the grievances and problems of the citizens of the area on the spot.

This innovative step has been initiated by the Council in order to redress the public grievances related to the Citizen Centric Services of New Delhi area and the concerned officers of the Civic Services Departments had been directed to ensure their participation and disposal of the grievances without any lapses and negligence.

The Residence Welfare Association and Market Traders Associations are being informed by the SMS regarding the information of Camp date, time and venue. Nodal Officer for the RWA is approaching to RWA and Market Traders Associations for awareness about the camp.
