CM to launch 'AK' mobile app to stay in touch with AAP volunteers, says Rai

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday announced that Delhi Chief Minister and AAP Convenor Arvind Kejriwal will launch the "AK App" to connect with volunteers of the party and hold Zila Sammelan meetings at 14

districts of Delhi from October 16. The mobile app will be launched on Wednesday by the Delhi CM.

Senior AAP leader Gopal Rai said, "Local-level rallies and booth level work for the upcoming Vidhan Sabha elections is going on. But now AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal will start campaigning for the party and stay in touch with all the volunteers throughout the nation through the AK App. He will hold dialogues with the volunteers of the the party at 14 districts. We expect close to 1,000 volunteers to join us at every district level meeting."

"AAP has appointed district level in-charge — every Vidhan Sabha will have an observer and every polling station will have one in-charge. The party will also have booth level volunteers who will join in these district level dialogues.The

party will also appoint 1,40,000 Vijay Pramukh through the booth volunteers of every Vidhan Sabha. Every booth volunteer will get the target of making 10 Vijay pramukhs. By November, we will complete the appointment all the Vijay Pramukhs," added Rai.

The Delhi Chief Minister will meet the volunteers through the Zila Sammelan meetings in the month of October.
