New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 2019 examination date-sheet for Class 10th and 12th has been released by the CBSE on its official website-cbse.nic.in. The CBSE will conduct Class 12th board exams from February 15 to April 3 and the Class 10th board exams from February 21 to March 29.

"The exam will be held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. However answer books will be given to students at 10 am. The question paper will be distributed to students at 10:15 am," official said.

CBSE offers 40 vocational subjects in Class 12th and 15 in Class 10th. The exams for vocational subjects will be held earlier. Candidates are advised to check the datesheet on the official website, moreover, CBSE has released the examination timetable for both the secondary school certificate and the Intermediate students, seven weeks before the exam date.

"While preparing the date sheet, the board has tried to take care that students get sufficient time between the examination of important subjects. It has also kept in mind that the dates of competitive examinations may not coincide with the boards examinations," official said. The CBSE has also tried to give students maximum time to prepare by early announcement of date sheet, he added. "While preparing the date sheet, the admission schedule of Delhi University has also been considered," said Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations.
