CBI rescues woman who went missing 5 years ago

After missing for the past five years, Kiran Kumari, now in her 30s, has been traced by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh).
The woman went missing on May 23, 2012 from her house in Tughlaqabad.
The CBI officials are yet to comment on the circumstances in which the woman went missing.
They have said that the she is mentally disturbed and is under the care of a local NGO.
The case was registered by the agency on the direction of Delhi High Court in February 2014.
The CBI took over the investigation of the case which was earlier registered at Pul Prahaladpur Police Station.
Besides taking all other necessary steps to trace the missing woman in various states, a reward of Rs 5 lakh was announced.
