20 second hand cars in Ggn sold with fake NOC

A case of fraudulent transaction has emerged from Sector 29 police station in Gurugram, where 20 second hand cars were sold using fake no-objection certificates (NOC).
The complaint was registered by Prem Kumar of RR fleet, who alleged that one of his dealers were supplied with the fleet that was later sold using fake papers.
He also stated that he has also not been paid the full amount of Rs 32 lakhs in this transaction.
The police have booked three Delhi residents, identified as Sachin Arora, Puneet Sahni and Sheetal in this case. However, as of now, no arrests have been made in the case.
Mentioning the details of the case, Inspector Vikas Kaushik, SHO, Sector 29 police station, said, "There is a team of police personnel looking into the specific detail of the case and soon arrests are going to be made in the case."
