Chris Brown confirmed that he and Rihanna are no longer a couple.
The singer said that continuing his relationship with Rihanna is not practical at this point, reports eonline.com.
‘I'm always gonna love that person. I can't be focused on wife-ing someone that young. I need to be the best Chris Brown I can be,’ he said.
The two singers had reconciled recently after splitting in 2009.
The two performers have had a tumultuous relationship history that included charges of domestic violence. Brown had beaten Rihanna up in a fight just before a music awards function. Photos of Rihanna’s injured face went viral drawing ample flack and criticism from the industry and fans.
