Gurugram: Girl kills self after hoax call from relative

GURUGRAM: A girl studying in Class X committed suicide on Wednesday allegedly after receiving a call from a relative who claimed that he had murdered her parents while they were away at work.

The girl didn't verify the fact and hanged herself from the ceiling. Her body was found at her house in Naharpur Rupa village on Wednesday night. According to police, the girl's father had an altercation with the relative, and the latter avenged it by scaring the deceased, Sudha, on the phone.
