Awarding excellence in Indian automotive industry

Industry leaders Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) and Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd (M&M) were awarded for their contribution to the development of the automotive industry at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Autoguide journal recently. 

Speaking on the occasion, Joginder P Malhotra, Governing Editor, Autoguide, said, “Autoguide has thoroughly enjoyed every moment of its five decade-long journey co-travelling with reputed names in the automotive industry. We are now confident that its onward march will be far more exciting and rewarding for all of us.”

The Autoguide Golden Jubilee Awards were presented by Rattan Kapur, President, ACMA and Ramesh Suri, Former President, ACMA. 

RS Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki Ltd, received the award on behalf of Maruti Suzuki for “Leading the Transformation of the Indian Automotive Industry”. 

S Santhanam, Zonal Head, Mahindra and Mahindra was awarded for “Keeping Pace Internationally while Strengthening Indian Roots”.
