Anne Hathaway welcomes baby boy

Oscar winning actor Anne Hathaway has given birth to her first child with her actor husband Adam Shulman.

Hathaway’s representative confirmed the news that the couple welcomed a baby boy named Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman early on March 24 in Los Angeles, reported E! online. 

The 33-year-old Les Miserables star and Shulman, 35, tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in front of close friends and family in Big Sur in September 2012. The two started dating in late 2008 after meeting through mutual friends and by November 2011 Shulman had popped the question. 

Hathaway confirmed her baby news in January this year, when she took to Instagram and posted a photo of herself posing in a two-piece red bikini on a beach while cupping her hands around a large belly bump. She added the caption, “Happy 2016 to my beautiful Instafriends (sic)!... So, posting a bikini pic is a little out of character for me, but just now while I was at the beach I noticed I was being photographed.
