Ad professional duped in property transfer

Shivam Agarwal, an advertising professional accused the district administration of illegal transfer of his property on Nari Shilp Mandir at Chakrata road, to People for Animals (PFA)(Uttarakhand) under the Rent Control Act .
‘In October 2012, we bought the 3-room apartment at Nari Shilp Mandir from RK Goyal. The property was bought in the name of my wife Dipika Agarwal. For this, we also took loan of Rs 15 lakh against property from a nationalised bank and payed monthly installments regularly. But on reaching the office on last Monday, we came to know that the property has been allotted to Gauri Maulekhi, member secretary of PFA Uttarakhand under the Rent Control Act,’ Shivam said in a press conference held on Thursday here.Â
